Terms and Conditions for Virtual Skin Membership

Welcome to the Virtual Skin Membership program by 7esthetics Skin Studio. By enrolling in this membership, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.

MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

1. Eligibility: The Virtual Skin Membership is available to existing clients and individuals who have completed any product or skin consultation service with 7esthetics Skin Studio.

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

1. Product Discount: Members receive a 10% discount on all products.

2. Free Shipping: Free shipping is available on orders over $50.

3. Service Discount: Members receive a 10% discount on all treatments. This discount does NOT apply to treatment packages.

4. Product Guidance and Q+A: Members have access to free product guidance and a monthly Q&A session via Zoom.

5. Members-Only Blog: Access to a members-only blog featuring professional resources.

MEMBERSHIP FEES AND BILLING

1. Monthly Fee: The membership fee is $150, billed annually..

2. Billing Cycles: The membership spans 1 billing cycles.

PROTECTION OF MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

1. Discount Codes: Members will receive unique discount codes. These codes are for personal use only and must not be shared or distributed.

2. Passwords: Members will have access to password-protected resources. Passwords must be kept confidential and not shared with anyone.

3. Members-Only Resources: All content and resources available through the members-only blog and other membership benefits are proprietary and must not be reproduced, distributed, or publicly displayed without permission from 7esthetics Skin Studio.

MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION

1. Termination by Member: Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting 7esthetics Skin Studio. No refunds will be issued for partial billing cycles.

2. Termination by 7esthetics Skin Studio: 7esthetics Skin Studio reserves the right to terminate a membership if these terms and conditions are violated. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

1. Personal Information: 7esthetics Skin Studio collects and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By joining the membership, you consent to such collection and use.

2. Security: We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security due to the inherent risks of data transmission over the internet.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Modifications: 7esthetics Skin Studio reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

1. Liability: 7esthetics Skin Studio will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the membership benefits.

GOVERNING LAW

1. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas, USA.
