STUDIO POLICIES

Booking Policy

All new clients must pay a deposit (outlined on website) and save a valid credit card on their profile to make their first appointment. The deposit paid will be applied to client's balance on the day of the appointment.

Existing clients must have a valid credit card on file to book online or at the studio. No deposit will be required after the first appointment. 

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the Esthetician's day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 48 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee (50% of the total services booked).

 

No-shows will be charged 100% of the total service(s) booked, and the client may not be able to rebook for the future. If you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late, please contact us for the appropriate arrangements. If you are late, depending on the time of arrival, the service will be shortened.

Membership Policies

All memberships have an initial commitment of 3 or 6 months, beginning on the day of registration. Clients must save a valid credit card and will be charged a membership fee once every month for three months. After that time frame, the membership will automatically be cancelled. The client will have the option to renew their membership or pay for each appointment made at the listed price. Renewal requests can be emailed to hello@7estheticsskinstudio.com.

Membership holders will receive an exclusive discount on products (based on selected plan), which can be purchased online using an exclusive discount code or at their appointment. Any treatments booked in addition to the prebooked treatment are eligible for a discount depending on the selected plan. (For example- If the client has already redeemed their monthly treatment(s) and wants to book an additional service like dermaplaning that month, they will receive a discount on that service).

Eligible membership treatments must be used before the end of each month. Services will not carry over from one month to the next, so any unused treatments will expire at the end of the month, and the client will still be responsible for the monthly membership fee if applicable.

Cancellation of membership before the end of the membership term will result in a penalty fee of one month's dues charged to the credit card on file, and you will not be able to sign up for any future memberships.

 

The studio's cancellation policy also applies to membership treatment appointments. Clients are responsible for rescheduling their cancelled appointment before the end of the month to avoid losing that month's treatment.

Package Policies

All packages are nonrefundable, nontransferable toward other services, and must be used in the specified timeframe at the time of purchase. You may not gift any of the services offered in the package to other people--only the person who purchases the package may use the package. If you wish to gift a package, you may purchase a gift card for the amount and the receiver may use the gift card to purchase the package. 
 

The studio's cancellation policy applies to all package appointments. Clients are responsible for rescheduling their cancelled appointment before the package's expiration.
